Rut information

Thank you for the information. I was thinking that the main rut has just kicked in around our land. We have been seeing the smaller buck chase and push for the last 10 days or 2 weeks. I believe the big guys are just now getting involved.

Very rarely do I hunt fields around the West Point area, lots of pressure and road hunting around there. Those older bucks know not to come out in fields during daylight. I'm hunting around doe bedding or hunting pinch points and funnels trying to intercept a buck out looking for a hot doe.
