Honestly nothing out of the ordinary IMO.
each chart shows the successful hunters (#) and then the kills (#) the little table shows the % change YoY. I did 19 vs. 18 and then 19 vs. 17.
Every County you named, went up in both categories vs. last year except Sullivan, which has declined each year.
Washington actually saw an increase this year vs. 17, but kills were lower by 3.
Keep in mind I believe a successful hunter is considered a successful hunter whether they kill 1 bird or 4 birds.
