I never said that. I'm just tired of people falsely stating way more hens aren't nesting because they didn't get bred.
I 100% agree we are killing a greater proportion of our standing crop of gobblers! And there is no doubt the harvest is front-loaded more than ever. And adult gobbler carryover is as likely as poor as its ever been. Demand and technology can be thanked for that.
