TN got it done which didn't think they could. O line was better this week, still have a lot of room for improvement.

Well it was ugly, but its AL n TN - and VOLS WON, so I will take it and be elated with the WIN BY THE VOLS. Now VOLS beat the teams you are supposed to beat the rest of the season. Every team left on VOLS schedule they can beat.

I don't know if bama beats Missouri and don't think no way they beat LSU at Baton Rouge. The bama thing is over.

Tennessee has always been a big game for Alabama. Alabama teams under Saban consisted more and more of players from out of state so a bit of the rivalry with Auburn was lost on them. In many years prior, there were tons of players on Auburn and Alabama that knew each other more so than there are now. The rivalry between players in these games are usually respected rivalries and not hated rivalries like they seem to be between some of the fans.
Historically, the Alabama vs Tennessee game has had more national implications than the Alabama vs Auburn game.

That game was a d@mn disaster. TN fans should give NIL money to keep Milroe at Alabama for another year. He single handedly lost that game. UT did enough to take advantage of the mishaps to win. Congrats to the VFLs.
Bama sucks, it's official. Tennessee always does this to Alabama, sent the Bear out a loser, make Saban get while the getting is good, give them the defining loss that starts the downfall like in 95 and now this.
It's like Bama is on the edge, looking over into the abyss and the Vols just nudge them into a free fall…..
Milroe is usually pretty accurate when he has a wide open player but he couldn't even hit those passes yesterday. I've never had confidence in him and was hoping DeBoer's adaptations to the offense for Milroe would be enough to make him successful. For whatever reason (maybe internal team dynamics) DeBoer picked Milroe over Simpson and I don't get it.
Tennessee's defense had somewhat to do with his inefficiency I believe.

He was for sure pressured but he just seemed WAY "off" even when not pressured. He made several mistakes. #2 just couldn't get his footing. He slipped and fell on his own several times. One of those hits he took after catching the ball drew blood. If you looked at his jersey, there was blood splatter/drops on the Nike check side of it.
You gotta remember, they barely escaped Georgia and South Carolina with wins. If not for them intercepting the ball in the end zones, Bama would be a 4 loss team right now. Something has been off since after that 1st half in the GA game. It's like that Bama team got on the bus at half time, left, and never came back. Something has got to be done about the penalties. 15 in this game alone. You can't keep gifting the other team free yards and downs.
Milroe caught a pass and got hit? I must have missed that. I do remember seeing blood on a players jersey tho.

You're exactly right. Milroe has been off the last couple game but was worse yesterday. Even when he had time he missed open receivers. The defense I think played better but was lucky Nico missed on several throws as well. I'm not sure whats going on but they haven't played good since the first half against Georgia.
He did have some average moments, but he did have some good ones too, as in getting that pass off while in the grasp of the D lineman, dang I was rolling my eyes at that one, good gosh.
Nick is gone, that's the difference. Nick Saban was Alabama football.
