UF job

Which job gets filled first. UF, USC, LSU, Virginia Tech, if Miami Fires, Miami?
USC previously announced they were not in any hurry to hire a coach and would take as long as they needed to hire a coach. Probably waiting to see what coaches would become available towards the end of the season. But with so many top schools coming open... its going to make it a bidding war now to draw potential good coach away from some of the better programs...rather than perhaps getting a fired coach from a program that could potentially be a good fit.

Think Mullen takes a year off, or will he jump back into one of these vacancies?

Looking more and more Napier
You sure y'all want a young, energetic, up and coming head coach with a 76% win percentage in his first 4 years as a head coach?

Maybe the AD at Florida doesn't know Alabama's offensive coordinator is available. Keep in mind he led Alabama's offense to 19 yards rushing against LSU. The same LSU defense that gave up 111 yards rushing to McNeese State. These athletic directors really need to read TNDeer more to get some expert analysis from our resident college football guru.

Here's a question.

IF, FL wins and gets bowl eligible, do they accept?

As a UT fan I would rather UF hire Napier then Lane.

I think Lane kills it at UF, Napier may also I just trust lane more.

So does Lane take the LSU job and face UF every year, or take the Miami Job and recruit against Florida.

It will probably be up to the players, but why wouldn't they?

Those who think they are NFL ready will not want to risk injury. That has already been happening to some teams in the past going to lesser bowls. It is still a bidness.

I would imagine some players might have already entered the transfer portal, so the team could be seriously short of a full roster.

A coach will probably not have been named yet, and if so, may not be available to coach the bowl game. Now, if they were available, then that changes things.

I don't really care much other than I want Lane to stay in the SEC, and preferably in the SEC west so he plays Alabama every year.
