UFC 100

Evan was a great figher.. But I'm not sure if he's Hall of fame material. Hughes for sure, he changed the sport. I say, Charles Lewis, Chuck Liddell.

This it true, if you induct Tanner, you have to look at inducting Eilers because lets face it it was a good fighter as well and lost his life???

HUMMMM tuff call!!

Liddell!!!

I agree that Tanner was a great fighter with a great record. Mask is getting put in. Hughes very well may get it too, Hughes still has it in him. But he too, has plenty of money and doesn't have to fight.

Something that turns me away from Tanner is how he had issues with drugs and drinking, he wasn't committed. He was a great person that went thru alot of stuff, his blogs on spike.com were great! I really wish he didn't pass.

Give him time to clear his head like you said Cuz, he is coming off 2 losses??

Might help him but I see him as a Couture re-run I like the guy but I dont think he has anything for the young talent that the league has!!

Well as all the others do, he will come back in and HANDLE someone and say to the camera that he is back then get handled the next fight!! :D

Chuck does need to retire, but he's always going to be part of the game. He loves it too much. I wouldn't count him out, his one year off may be his training time to work more on his BJJ that most people don't know he has..

Dana White just announced that Chuck Liddell and Charles "Mask" Lewis will be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame Friday at the UFC Fan Expo on Friday.

Told ya..

Matt Hughes still has several fights left in him. I cant for this weekend.

Bisping is a tool. His record should reflect the handout he was given in the Hamill fight, and, in my opinion, the Leben fight. He backpedaled the whole time and I know that's his style being a defensive fighter, but he did not control the octagon at all. I hope Hendo decapitates him, because he certainly doesn't want Silva (though it would be in England, where he seems to have a judging advantage).
In the other fights, I have Alves and Mir.

Not a thing against Mir. But I'm not sure Mir is actually ready for the belt ethier. Both the guys haven't fought that much. Mir was awesome back before the motorcycle crash, but the times have changed. If Mir was to win the belt, he will lose it to Cain in a few months.

And nothing against Lesnar either. He has an impressive wrestling background and he handled Couture fairly handily. But I think he's going to be too concerned with submission defense and Mir will wear him down. Mir sold me with the Nog fight. I think he can maintain his distance until he's ready to pull him in and tap him out again.

But then again, I had Couture over Lesnar, too...
:D
