Reminds me of the t.h.p. hunt where the crazies were screaming. Lot of mental issues these days.
I have no idea where they got the money, but they actually paid $15,000 for a one-acre parcel out in the middle of nowhere, at the end of a gravel road to nowhere. No water, no electricity. This in a county where rural land only sells for about $1,700/acre.Try to buy it.
Are you required by law to have septic in a rural area? This is very rural Humphreys County, southwest of Waverly by about 8 miles.I think I would have to at least report them to the authorities about their lack of a septic system. Or let the sheriff department know about what is going on. Sounds like it could turn into a really bad situation. I don't think you should ignore it with them being so close to where you live.

I remember the first time I heard those Koreans wailing and running through the forest over at the lease. That was unnerving too.Ya think?
I would start with speaking to the Sheriff, just for his insight.
I don't have to get close. The other morning, I was in a stand 250 yards away and could hear every word of their "conversation."Hide out and record it. Post it online and get lots of likes.
Good point, shoot that a couple of times without hearing protection, you won't hear them screaming / wailing. There's a nice 338 win mag in the classifieds. I'm just sayin.
THAT still happens about once a year!I remember the first time I heard those Koreans wailing and running through the forest over at the lease. That was unnerving too.
I really don't know how the laws would deal with that situation. Are you required by law to have septic in a rural area? This is very rural Humphreys County, southwest of Waverly by about 8 miles.
Definitely agree with this!I'd definitely get in touch with the SD. You want to be on record in case you are ever forced to take any action to defend yourself.
