Good job. Here it is. Did it on a manual Bridgeport style mill. Took awhile. 66 .437 holes.
A lot easier really on a CNC mill
I have nothing but spare time.At work in spare time.
It helps cut the dust. And I do think it shines them up a little better. I usually add a cap full and run the tumbler 15 minutes before I throw in my brass. If you don't, the wet media will pack in a case and you'll have a time getting it outHas anybody ever put a little mineral spirits in with their polishing media? A friend of mine does it regularly. I've tried it, and don't really know if it helps or not.
No, but have used a little turtle wax to keep the dust down and give them a little more shine. The trick was to add it while it before adding the brass and running it a few minutes to get it all distributed properly, otherwise it clumps up and ends up stuck in the cases. But have since switched to wet tumbling and haven't looked back.Has anybody ever put a little mineral spirits in with their polishing media? A friend of mine does it regularly. I've tried it, and don't really know if it helps or not.
W748 will get those 125s humping.Did all case prep for 100 pieces of 308 brass. Primers, powder, & bullets today and trip to MSSA Saturday.
Gonna try some SW Tac Rifle in a few. Have some 125 gr's I wanna push a little bit.
Wow that is very impressive and not at all ugly. I've see saw blades with teeth ground down used as the feed mechanism.Did some Warbird annealing with my new Ugly Annealer. This thing works a lot better than I was hoping for.
