Well after 2 weeks of using a MZ I am back to bowhunting the rest of the year. I feel a little guilty because it was kind of fun shooting something that went "boom". The last 2 years the 2nd week of MZ has been my most productive for larger bucks. Maybe I can break that trend by getting something bigger the next few weeeks.

For the last few years I haven't used my muzzleloader or rifle. I may not get to shoot at all the deer I see but I get plenty of hunting time in and there is meat in the freezer. You have to be a dyed in the wool bowhunter to keep using a bow during late season.
