This year, I've seen similar to muddy's. Haven't heard a gobble in 2 weeks. Gobblers on plot watchers but always midday and not strutting . It's been a weird year, even though late season has been great in years past
Killing more one season is one thing, sustaining that over a period of 5-10 years is very impressive and not something I would bet would continue repeating itself. It seems like you all rely HEAVILY on your hatch each spring (big gamble IMO) with little to no carry over from the season. Is this correct?muddyboots":uk14fkjc said:Usually we kill more than that.
