Couple of still images from a video I took this morning of an 8pt who chased two does from the plot...almost busted him but gave him a pass...heard him grunting well before I saw him...cool to watch.

Set up in the same spot I did this morning. I set this stand up for a north wind overlooking this patch of woods. The field is to my hard right and that's where I missed a solid 155"+- at first light. I honestly could have shot him walking in before daylight. He was bedded in the edge of the woods and I seen eyes and then could tell it wasn't a doe by how big his head was. I kept the light on him and put my binocs up and was pretty sure it was the big 10 I been after. He blew and trotted for about 10 yards and stopped and I kept going. I knew he wasn't leaving his doe. He stepped out right at daylight and I shanked it.

When he's done with her he'll hook up with another so I think you're in a good position! Good luck
