I hate pulling bullets

I have been pulling many many many this year-more than in previous 10 years combined. I do most definitely know what you mean.

I bought a "body die" and that solved the problem. This was with range brass in 308.

WM brass can get a bulge about as easy as can be. I teeny adjustment can make it right but what do you do with the loaded ones? I had 50!! Plus, my Son loaded 80 300 WM with the wrong powder.

I bought a bulge fixer-cheaper than tossing the brass.. And I chamber and eject rounds every time I even think I night have made an error.

Rubbed a blister on my hand, then busted it, knocking out bullets and powder from some rounds that I had loaded with recalled powder, that I was told "should" be good loaded in the case, it wasn't. Brass, bullets and primers ruined from corrosion. The powder makes for nice firework designs to burn tho.

Loaded and shot some .45 ACP loads Today. Two loads. One was Lee 230 gr. TC cast, loaded with 10.0 gr. AA7 and CCI 300. Chronographed at 930 fps. Loaded to 1.190". The other load was 185 gr. XTP and 13.0 gr. AA7 and CCI 300. Loaded to 1.230". Chronographed at 1140 fps. By the way I did worked up to these carefully. I don't usually shoot hotter loads like this. Just wanted to load a few to maybe kill a deer with this Fall

Loaded a few more Today. A few .45's. Put a 24# spring in my 1911 Yesterday. I shot it several times and I really don't know what I'll do. Might just put the 20# back in. I shot some heavier 240 gr. cast loads, and just to see how it would do, I shot a few 230 gr. FMJ standard loads. It fed and shot just fine. Gonna take a little getting used to the stiff slide though.

Went today and fired the first rounds from a new 28 Nosler build. 143 Hammer Hunters chronoed at 3500 fps after 5 shots through it. It's going to be a fast one.
