Too many! People aren't raised with any sense of loyalty anymore. That's why this country is in the shape it's in.

Opposing fans come to Neyland and are treated with courtesy. Opposing fans go to the swamp and get hit by batteries, bottles, and bags of urine.

And you live in a different world because I can tell you some stories about Neyland stadium and Thompson Boling that involved UT fans doing the same thing and 90% of the time it's the student section.

I go to the ut- vandy games in nashville with my friends. Most of my best friends are die hard vols. We sit together at memorial gym, and Dudley field, and talk trash back and forth for fun. They WILL NOT let me go with them to neyland or Thompson boling. Apparently it is not a good idea to be an opposing fan, especially if you are guests with vol fans. They said we would all be asking for a confrontation.

I've never been to Thompson Boling but I've been to Neyland many times. I've been tosee the Vols play alabammer, notre dame, Arkansas, Vandy, and on down the list. I've never seen an opposing fan hit with anything. The worst thing I've seen is a drunk Tennessee fan exchanging insults with a drunk opposing fan. Both drunks. Who knows who started it. I have NEVER seen a battery, bag of urine, or bottle thrown at Neyland. And several times my seats were in the visitors section because my Arkansas buddy got the tickets. Not saying it has never happened but I think it's BS.
