2024 Live from the stand

Kind of a view from the stand. 30 yards from this feeder is my bow condo box blind. I've posted pictures of that blind's view in this thread. This is where I killed my buck 10/16. Deer are not eating corn because white oak acorns are laying all over. This buck decided to walk through this morning. He trips my trigger, he's a shooter

Very foggy out today. I always have luck in the fog. Makes deer feel safe to come out. Is it weird that I smelled deer on the walk in ? Smelt like a rank buck. Also hearing lots of owls this morning.

About 20 or so minutes until shooting light. Good luck y'all !

Not strange at all. I had a nice buck come from behind me and then beside me at 30 yards Saturday afternoon. As soon as I seen him I could smell him too. He went and stood in the tall grass and as soon as does hit the food plot he took off after one.

Doe down. That group of 4 does made the 113th deer I've seen this season and we just used our last package of deer burger last week so it was time to get more. Funny thing is I been trying to kill one for a month and if they were in range they were yearlings and just couldn't make it happen. With a rifle in hand they came to 15 yards lol.

Going to sit for a while longer and take care of her later on.
