Headed to my first Cubs game...

I've been a Cubs fan since the late 60's. Long suffering fan. Going to Wrigley Field in 30 minutes to watch them play the Pirates tonight. Probably have a couple of beers at a bar in Wrigleyville before the game. Should be fun, can't wait.

Took the green line to Lake then the red line to Addison. Only way to go to thee game. Full of Cub fans.

It was awesome. I've been to Chicago several times but my wife had never been. She was pretty awestruck. Couldn't believe how clean the city was. She also had never ridden on a public train system. Chicago is one of the easiest cities to travel in.

Good for you! Been to Wrigley Field several times. I wouldn't want to live in Chicago, but it has always been my favorite town to party in. I keep saying that one day the Cubs and the Sox will be in a World Series, and I will be there.
