Gobbled a lot for me last weekend. In Rhea county. Had one at 35 and gun malfunctioned. Bennelli click....got a heavier spring and headed back sat to close the deal.. hopefully

Heard at least 3 different ones going hard early this morning. I've been on one of them several times.

Took a buddy who hasn't scored yet this year, and let him work him. He did it to perfection, but the gobbler would not commit, and eventually drifted off.

He had to go to work; so I stayed behind, and got on him again about an hour later, only to meet the same outcome before needing to get to work myself.

I'll spend the rest of the season on this one.

4 NRs for every resident is about right. It's not just opening week either. Had a pretty steady influx even into the third week this year.

I wish they would go up on NR license and cut out abunch of these problems. It's been out of hand for several years now.

Yup, every other state has gone up! Used to hunt KY until they went up a few yrs ago.
