No whining from me, just pointing out that a certain faction of new generation turkey hunters only care about the kill and the Facebook post. They could care less about the hunt, it's all about the kill. that mentality will never sit well with me, and it has nothing to do with being "uppity" whatever that means.

Pretty easy when you hear statements like I don't care how just as long as there's a dead bird along with others of similar wording.
Please don't act like the mentality I describe doesn't exist, and isn't growing rapidly in the hunting community. Surely you don't believe that, do you?

?
Many people hunt the "traditional" way, but they are respectful of others.
Bone was just warning that Ruger has tightened the reigns a bit lately; to hopefully keep someone from being banned or put in timeout. Of course, I, personally, have never been banned !

Because they are the only ones that bash people in this forum. It's ok to not like certain methods of killing turkeys and its ok to say that too, but when you start getting personal, then threads start disappearing and getting locked.
Sometimes it was a good post and there may have been some good info to some on here. This thread can be deleted or locked at anytime as well as the "you can't make this stuff up" thread. They're both pretty useless and nothing more than a giant rant over the fact that the sport of turkey hunting is changing.

Who died and left you judge and jury on what threads are useless? I started both threads and you have more posts than anyone else in both. Maybe you should learn if a thread doesn't interest you, move on. You are "warning" everyone else but you are the one keeping all the arguements going. I guess you have to have the last word.
