I've seen that before. It's a republican deer. His problem is he has to work his butt off to support the democratic deer in the woods and it's taken it's tole on him.

i think it is a herniation. the abdominable wall ruptured and the the opening is being fill with intestines and synovial fluid. never seen a malignant tumor that big
