I planted Buckwheat and Crimson Clover. I won't add cereal grains until late September.
I like to plant wheat and rye in mid to late September. But have been burned the last 2 years by sept and october drought. Gonna try to plant earlier this yr if i can get the right forecastI planted Buckwheat and Crimson Clover. I won't add cereal grains until late September.
Added water to the pool, that usually does it. I will wash my truck too though, it needs it, covered in dust.Rain chances for western Middle TN not looking good. Everyone in the area please wash your cars and trucks! We need some serious rain dances going on.
Got about 15 small raindrops this morning .
Washed mine to - got just enough to turn the ground somewhat shinyIt has looked like it could rain here most of the day. Washing the truck didn't make it rain more, may have to water what's left in the garden.
I planted corn right before July 4th. Total expensive bust.
It's getting really bad. Soybeans are almost completely annihilated and now they are hitting the corn. It should be gone by the season opener. At this point I'm just hoping we have enough to combat EHD and have several viable acorns this fall
Bring it on to northern middle tn. I work in Nashville and haven't seen a drop yet today. I did just go wash my truck though.Rained some this morning according to my wife, I didn't see any puddles though. Nice soaker just rolled in here with a lot of thunder, good steady rain. My pastures and soybean plot sure needed it.
