Did you do a records request or the they post that info somewhere? It seems like you needed to have atleast 3 points to be drawn in Camden, some didn't but a lot of people that were drawn did, and the most popular blind had 1511 total applicants put in for.
Max points for the early season and late season is 3. I believe max points for mid season is around 7.It seems like you needed to have atleast 3 points to be drawn in Camden, some didn't but a lot of people that were drawn did, and the most popular blind had 1511 total applicants put in for.
Ever done a Tier 2 there? Always figured the Tier 2s at Reelfoot were a waste of time. You need 100s of decoys to compete and seems like a lot of work for 2-3 days.blind 15 at reelfoot
Suppose it beats not having anywhere to hunt at all!Haven't done one at Reelfoot, but we threw around 300 for blind 106 at Camden. Killed 4 birds in 3 days one trip, and 11 in 3 days the other. It's a lot of work for not much reward if you are wanting ducks to take home.
Seems like that's pretty much the norm at Camden now besides opening day.Haven't done one at Reelfoot, but we threw around 300 for blind 106 at Camden. Killed 4 birds in 3 days one trip, and 11 in 3 days the other. It's a lot of work for not much reward if you are wanting ducks to take home.
Why would you lose them?I just went and checked and realized I missed the window for the mid season draw period. Had 4 points and I figure I'll lose them now so that's a real pisser
I thought if you didn't apply every time you lost them? Why would you lose them?
Nope. I missed the mid-season point too, but no biggie.I thought if you didn't apply every time you lost them?
Good deal.Nope. I missed the mid-season point too, but no biggie.
If it's anything like last year, you will hear 4 do a lot of shooting!Gooch 10. I hear that area really depends upon whether the river is out as to how may birds are or are not trading about. Any issues getting a boat in there and hiding it?
We were drawed for 1 two years ago I think. Didn't turn our paperwork in on time (first year of the tier 2 shenanigans I think) and didn't go obviously. If I recall my thought process correctly, I picked 10 because it was over on the edge of the unit and sort of by itself. Maybe have a better chance at getting first crack at birds and also not have them see other spreads before committing into ours. Might be wishful thinking however. If it's anything like last year, you will hear 4 do a lot of shooting!
